♻️ The Quarter Plan
Process at the heart of AirSaas to continuously align teams and ensure that plans are realistic. You now benefit from consolidated data to better prioritize, “frozen” data to continuously monitor discrepancies, and the possibility of extending what you did not finish at the end of the quarter.
We are continuing to work hard on the QP next year.
💬 Demand management
Managing incoming requests has become more comprehensive this year. AI came to support the framing of requests, project templates for homogenization and the monitoring of time spent by status to improve the process. It is also a process that we will invest a lot in next year;)
💶 Budget management
At the heart of the concerns, the focus this year was on the possibility of easily declaring project expenses, allocating them into different envelopes and tracking human costs. And all this while giving a consolidated overview, by envelope, by fiscal year.
😮 💨 Features that make you feel good
We are always committed to simplifying the product as much as possible, and this involves daily functionalities such as sharing your views, archiving projects, exporting PDFs, modifying portfolios without leaving them, duplicating milestones, etc. It's hard to imagine how we did it before:)
So yes, we had some bugs... And we thank all those who report them to us with a lot of patience 💙 We are in the process of structuring our process to reduce them and improve overall performance. We take the subject very seriously.
Next year, we continue to develop our core processes (Quarter plan, demand management, sponsor meetings). We will (finally) integrate AI transversely into the tool. We will improve our integrations with your daily tools. We will allow you to conduct your rituals directly on AirSaas...
