• The follow-up of theinnovation: An ambitious plan for relaunch and upgrade the “LGO” (pharmacy management software), to make it the reference solution in terms of pharmacy modernization.

• Issue technique : one migration In addition to 300 Caduciel customers in less than 18 months : all “replugged” with all connections. A technical feat.
  
  
• The challenge managerial : A CEO arrived on Thursday and the arrival of the interim manager on Friday morning. The objective was to get the trades back on board.
