Why are pro tools still a complete mess compared to personal tools? Lousy design, poor user experience, hidden features... Why is using your ERP not as pleasant as looking for an apartment on Airbnb (ok the design may not be the only reason...). In recent years, B2B tools have increased the level and are getting closer to B2C tools.
With the AirSaaS team, we go out of our way to offer the simplest and most pleasant experience to make you more efficient. Even if keeping things simple is complicated and finding the shortest way to get information takes time... we won't make concessions ✊ Here's what came out in February:
A better way to show who's involved
What makes a project successful is above all the team. Responsibilities should be clear and everyone should be aligned with the goal at hand.
Here we improved the experience of adding a user, which was not so good before. We also displayed a description for each role. The actors are highlighted and everyone knows who should do what on the project!
Dear admins, go now and adapt the descriptions for your workspace.
Dear users, if you have not already done so, consider adding a profile photo (it's prettier and it humanizes the panel)!
Duplicate projects
When you create projects of a similar nature, it comes in handy to be able to duplicate them. It's now possible! With a small bonus on the milestones, we suggest that you duplicate the difference between each by default. Enter the deadline for the first milestone and we'll take care of the rest.
🔥 A feature long overdue: you can now sort the projects/decisions/risks in your portfolios!
🎳 We revised the design of the portfolio List view to improve its use
🎑 For big PowerPoint exports, we give you a “light” version with only the summary tables
🔌 Improved workflow creation flows, which become simpler, faster
- Capex-Opex are displayed again on the portfolio
- The “changed” tag is no longer displayed in the milestone calendar
- You should no longer lose focus when you edit the gains and project description
- Problem with identical groups and subgroups solved
We still received a lot of super interesting ideas, like for example:

- R.C. “I would like a simplified form so that employees can propose ideas/ needs”
